Scope & Exclusions Statement

The Nicol Group ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System covers the full range of professional and construction services undertaken by the Nicol Group, both within head office and on construction sites.

These services span initial concept design, client approval, contracting, site establishment, sub-contractor engagement, materials procurement, materials storage, site safety, construction procedures, client meetings, regular quality checks of construction standards, project finalisation, site and building handover to client and the management and rectification of any defects.

The QMS additionally manages the satisfactory operation at head office of all internal management functions, management systems, database and records management, and all legislative and compliance obligations.

The Nicol Group out-sources design functions to registered industry professionals and the requirements of ISO 9001 Clause 7.3 are excluded by this system.
